Rich brought strong leadership and oversight to World Vision U.S. beginning in 1998, when he left his position as CEO of Lenox to follow what he felt as a distinct call from God on his life. He had the longest tenure of any president in World Vision’s global history, serving from 1998 to 2018.
Rich has authored several books and received numerous awards for his humanitarian service. In his role as president emeritus, he continues to share his leadership influence by writing and speaking on behalf of the organization.
